PD129 Limestone Walls near Litton A late summer shot of limestone walls looking east from near Litton, looking down Tansley Dale with Cressbrook Dale visible behind. The tree and curved wall help here, also the walls rising up the hill to the left. (I wanted to get away from that parallell lines of walls view) There are what look like the remains of some mine or quarry workings to the left of the tree, and a little variation in the distance with cloud over the furthest fields.
