The north side of Losehill looking up from the edale valley is much steeper than the south slopes from Hope or Castleton. But its 'north face' gradient varies enough to add interest to this view. The sheep in the field and farm track lead you in, and the trees and bushes side-lit half way up add scale. Higher up there are more sheep on the flatter field to the right below red bracken and brown rye-grass. As you get higher up near the top a couple of drystone walls and shadows in the really steep 'scooped out' bit near the top help to give depth and curve to the hill.
