January sunrise from Losehill near Hope looking East down Hope Valley. Just above Crimea Farm, and only a few steps off the main path, I found this tree branch and tried to use it to shield the camera lens from the direct sunlight. Knowing I only had a couple of minutes until the sun went up behind the clouds this was a result of a bit of running around trying to make the most of the light. Once it was behind the cloud there was no more sunlight for the next hour.
