A winter photograph of a Lenticular Cloud formation above Losehill taken from Winhill. You can see the Edale Valley and Kinder Scout on the right also. Taken with my Olympus OM1 and 28mm lens. A rare and short lived cloud type exactly like this, evidently good for Parascending or Hangliding as it is like a rollercoaster ( thanks to Richard for that!). Thanks also to Laura who looks around on walks more than I did then and spotted this, which had gone 5 minutes later.
